Job summary

Bombard is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Las Vegas to provide administrative and technical leadership on complex construction projects from pre-construction through client acceptance.

The role requires coordinating with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors, setting budgets, and supervising on-site activities to meet design, schedule, and cost goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience.
• Experience in facility construction or related field.
• Ability to set up budgets and review specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required.
• Set up budget for the project with detailed review of specs, drawings, takeoff information.
• Supervise total construction effort to ensure project meets design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control).
• Supervise craft employees and other contractors as required by the contract.
• Provide technical assistance and issue change orders as needed.
• Drive productivity and ensure contractual performance of the project.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide overall administrative and technical management on construction projects from pre-construction planning & budgeting through final acceptance by client.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Four years construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete project.

Set-up budget for selected project with detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, takeoff information, and contracting.

Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, AE representatives, other contractors, etc.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and may provide day-to-day direction of administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc.).

Supervise craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract.

Provide technical assistance (i.e., interpretations of drawings and recommending construction methods and equipment, etc. as required). Initiate and maintain extra work estimating and issuance of change orders.

Responsible for productivity of crafts, efficient use of material and equipment, and contractual performance of the project.

This position is required to drive.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
