Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year + commission

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using company resources and subcontractors.
  2. Interact and communicate with customers and carriers frequently on project status.
  3. Create work orders for projects.
  4. Schedule vendors and subcontractors for repairs.
  5. Manage an on-site foreman on each project.
  6. Order materials.
  7. Review estimates as needed and align budgets with project estimators.
  8. Provide weekly updates on all active projects.
  9. Monitor job sites for safety, quality, and training opportunities.
  10. Maintain positive financial collections, draws, and final payments.
  11. Work with a profit and growth mindset as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in construction and construction management/supervision
  • Five or more years of management or leadership experience in restoration/construction industry

Preferred:

  • Class A or B General Contractors License
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree
