Job summary

Print NW seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from start to finish onsite in Lakewood, WA. You will coordinate with customers, Sales, and Production, ensuring deadlines are met and proofs are approved before production.

Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities are essential. This full-time hourly role offers benefits including health, 401k, and holidays, with compensation $25–$30 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous commercial printing experience is required.
• Previous project management, customer service, or production coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with Sales and customers to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure projects move smoothly through the manufacturing process.
• Track project details, schedules, and information using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Keep customers and Sales Representatives informed of project status and respond to questions.
• Send and obtain approval on proofs before production.
• Identify potential issues early and communicate solutions.
• Maintain accurate project information and documentation.
