Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Lafayette, IN seeks a Project Manager to coordinate projects from order release through installation completion. You will liaison between sales, customers, warehouse, installers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality adherence.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, managing scope, cost, and schedules, and leading multiple projects with focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of construction project management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and able to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, scheduling, estimating, and cost control.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, project specifications, contracts, and scope of work documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects from order release through installation completion, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain and monitor project information for all assigned jobs, ensuring accuracy of customer, product, measurement, pricing, and scheduling details.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Review scope of work, contracts, and other supporting documents to identify exclusions and change requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales staff, warehouse personnel, vendors, and installation teams to align materials, resources, and timelines.
  • Schedule and oversee installations, communicate project updates, and address issues to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure installers are provided with all necessary documentation, materials, and information required to complete installations efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing timely communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support coordination of service-related items, including warranty claims, repairs, and ongoing follow-up for post-installation and future service needs.
