Job summary

FutureFit Home Modifications is seeking a hands-on Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee accessibility-focused home modification projects from pre-construction to completion.

You will coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules, ensuring quality and safety while meeting project scopes. The role requires strong communication with clients and internal teams and experience managing $1.5M–$2M+ annual construction volume.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or renovation project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and roughly $1.5M–$2M+ annual construction volume.
• Strong knowledge of framing/plumbing/electrical/HVAC/finish trades to spot deficient work.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project scope.
• Identify and resolve construction issues before they affect schedule, cost, or customer experience.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Manage quality control, punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeout.
• Maintain accurate schedules, project updates, photos, and other required documentation.
• Develop and maintain a reliable network of qualified subcontractors.

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Residential Remodeling Project Manager to manage accessibility-focused home modification projects from pre-construction to completion.

This position coordinates subcontractors and materials, monitors job progress and quality control, communicates with customers throughout construction, and ensures each project is completed according to the company's standards and applicable accessibility specifications.
