FutureFit Home Modifications is seeking a hands-on Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction to completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and communication with customers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of remodeling project management experience and handle $1.5M–$2M+ annual volume. Strong knowledge across framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and finishes is required.

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or renovation project management experience.
• Proven experience independently managing multiple projects and approximately $1.5M–$2M+ in annual construction volume.
• Strong construction knowledge of framing/plumbing/electrical/HVAC/and finish trades.

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Residential Remodeling Project Manager to manage accessibility-focused home modification projects from pre-construction to completion.

This position coordinates subcontractors and materials, monitors job progress and quality control, communicates with customers throughout construction, and ensures each project is completed according to the company's standards and applicable accessibility specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and material deliveries
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project scope
• Identify and resolve construction issues before they affect schedule, cost, or customer experience
• Maintain clear communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal team members
• Manage quality control, punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeout
• Maintain accurate schedules, project updates, photos, and other required documentation

Qualifications
