At 3C Industries, our Project Managers are at the center of some of the most complex work happening in active data center environments. We deliver 2nd day work ranging from facility buildouts and infrastructure upgrades to customer offices and PEMB structures, all while working within live facilities where coordination, communication, and attention to detail matter every day.
The Project Manager leads the project from preconstruction through closeout, bringing together field teams, trade partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to keep the work moving. This includes managing budgets and schedules, coordinating day-to-day execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and making sure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the pace and demands of mission-critical construction.
The right person can navigate changing priorities, tight schedules, and active customer operations while keeping the team aligned and focused on getting the job done right.
