Job summary

TreviPay seeks a seasoned project/program manager to lead large-scale cross-functional transformations within our Operations Strategy & Transformation portfolio. You will translate strategic initiatives into detailed plans, manage multiple initiatives, and partner with IT and analytics teams to enable process improvements.

You will build KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses, and serve as a change agent driving adoption of new processes and tools while reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project/program management or operations.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery of large-scale cross-functional transformation projects.
• Translate sponsored strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resourcing plans.
• Manage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently, balancing and prioritizing competing timelines and stakeholder demands.
• Maintain project governance artifacts — RAID logs, status reports, and portfolio tracking — and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with the Manager and Senior Manager, Operations Strategy & Transformation to shape business cases, success metrics, and delivery plans for originated initiatives.
• Lead process design, mapping, and optimization work to support initiative execution, evaluating end-to-end operational impact.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses to track initiative progress and measure realized business value.
• Act as a change agent, facilitating stakeholder adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models through structured change management practices.
• Partner with IT and automation teams (AI, RPA, Data & Analytics) to implement technology-enabled process enhancements.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to Governance and senior leadership on a defined cadence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

• Strong project and program management skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple large-scale initiatives with competing priorities.
• Proficiency with project management and process improvement frameworks (Microsoft Project, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).
• Advanced data analysis skills; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Executive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills; able to gain buy-in across all levels without formal authority.
• Strategic thinker who aligns execution work to overall business goals.
• Change management expertise; skilled at driving organizational adoption of new processes and methodologies.

Years of Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in project/program management, business process improvement, or operations, including experience leading large, cross-functional transformation projects.
