Grace Design Studios in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a respected Project Manager to lead design projects and cultivate strong client relationships. This role partners with Studio Leaders and Thought Leaders to deliver innovative, client-focused design solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of architecture experience, proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, and proven leadership and communication skills. Travel to engage clients and coordinate with consultants is expected.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• 5+ years of architecture experience across healthcare, education, civic.
• Strong project and client management with leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms.
• Public speaking experience and comfort representing the firm in professional settings.
• Professional affiliations such as LEED AP, EDAC, ACHA, or AIA preferred.
