You will oversee projects from proposal to construction, coordinate with consultants, manage production in Revit and BIM workflows, and contribute to marketing efforts and thought leadership at industry events.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• 5+ years of architecture experience across healthcare, education, and civic projects.
• Strong project and client management with leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Public speaking experience and comfort representing the firm.
• Professional affiliations such as LEED AP, EDAC, ACHA, or AIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from proposal through construction, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with consultants, and guide production of design and documentation using Revit and BIM workflows.
• Collaborate on marketing and business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.
• Represent Grace Design Studios at conferences and industry events as a thought leader.
• Contribute to the firm’s design excellence through research, mentorship, and pursuit of design awards.
• Travel as needed for client engagement and project oversight.
