Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an immensely organized and personable Project Manager to be a part of the in-
house creative team under AMI. Ideal candidates for this role will know and love digital project
management tools, have a passion for clinical education development, and display a talent for
organizing cross-functional team members and processes – ensuring that we perform at a high-
level and launch compliant programs on time.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, AMI Curricula Design & Development, you will work alongside
creatives and curricula experts to ensure all content makes its way through the Curricula, Design,
Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal review process. Ensuring all materials are complete,
legally accurate/compliant, successfully executed and delivered on time. You will proactively find
solutions and actively build connections with our review teams to improve processes and shorten
review timelines. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the AMI Project Coordinator (contractor), including oversight of their processes
and projects
2. Proactively partner with Marketing Operations to identify inefficiencies in the job
submission process and implement improvements to streamline job submissions and
reduce Project Owners’ time spent in Veeva
3. Proactively build partnerships with medical, legal, and compliance reviewers to create,
update, and implement protocols for review of “non-promotional” content falling outside
of the standard MLRC process
4. Management of our Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (MLRC) review systems
and processes, from initial concepts through to approve for distribution
5. Works closely with Strategic Project Manager and Design Manager to support project
planning, assists with identifying, monitoring, and analyzing projects for risks
6. Act as liaison for all stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met, as well as liaison
between AMI Curricula team, greater AMI team, and Marketing Operation team
7. Create and maintain the AMI claims matrix to document all approved claims, anatomical
imagery and labeling, KOL-provided clinical insights, etc to streamline future job
submissions
8. Create and maintain a “best practices log” that captures common MLRC requests/
guardrails, and frequently made mistakes in our program contents, to prevent
roadblocks and achieve a faster turnaround time
9. Serve as the Project Originator of Curricula job submissions, requiring thoroughly and
meticulously reading program content to actively apply “best practices” to each job
before routing into review system as well as applying metadata that is accurate
10. Run meetings to share out roadblocks and any updated Veeva processes
11. Work with digital asset management teams to ensure that all approved materials are properly produced, archived, retrieved, and moved across the organization
12. Proactively build strong working relationships with stakeholders, reviewers, and vendors; and work with employees in all levels including VPs.
13. Manage and monitor communications with volumes of 60+ emails/messages/text per day
14. Travel to bi-annual team meetings
15. Perform other duties as assigned
QualificationsRequired
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience, is required
2. 5+ years in a project management role
3. People management experience
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills with a high sense of urgency and
ownership of your projects
5. Experience with project management software
6. Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented
7. Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills)
8. Computer literacy, tech savvy, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
9. Adaptive to a rapidly changing environment with seasonal high-volume workload, flexible to
working overtime and/or weekends
10. Proficient in Veeva Vault

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes ingood faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
