Responsibilities

  • Direct in-house crews and subcontractors, work directly with customers, and be involved in bidding and billing projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, government agencies, and trade associations.
  • Ensure constant communication among estimators, engineers, project superintendents, and administrative staff.
  • Attend project meetings with the owner.
  • Set up accurate budgets for each job.
  • Approve invoices and expenses timely, either directly or through delegation.
  • Maintain accurate project forecasts and document costs to complete monthly.
  • Manage monthly billings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review billing with subcontractors and ensure compliance documentation is on file.
  • Utilize approved practices to collect payments promptly.
  • Gather documentation for change orders, change of conditions, and ROI's; track work progress to ensure proper compensation.
  • Manage purchasing of materials and subcontracted work efficiently.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure resources are available for the project.
  • Ensure compliance with storm water management, OSHA, and other regulations, maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Complete project closeout paperwork promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must have map analysis, tower analysis, and basic CAD knowledge.

Remote Opportunity - Must reside in Pacific or Central Time Zones.

Compensation: $70-$85k/year, depending on experience.

  • Intermediate schedule management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and vision.
  • Ability to read blueprints accurately.
  • Ability to communicate progress and issues effectively.
  • Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
