Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, industrial, and tenant improvement projects from planning through occupancy. Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing commercial development, design, or construction projects.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall project performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Support project presentations for owners, community stakeholders, and prospective clients.
  • Participate in strategic planning and project pursuit activities.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, leadership, accountability, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to project sites (approximately 15%).
