LeoForce is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design and construction coordination of specialty retail spaces across multiple properties in the United States. The role requires managing multiple projects, coordinating tenants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to keep schedules, meet design standards, satisfy lease requirements, and ensure on-time tenant openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, business, or related field.
• Experience managing commercial construction, retail development, tenant improvement, or architectural projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across different locations.
• Knowledge of construction documents, architectural drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of retail design standards, permitting, inspections, and construction closeout.
• Experience reviewing tenant plans for compliance with landlord criteria and lease requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, contractor performance, and project documentation.
• Ability to coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned properties and project sites.
