Job summary

Construction Jobs, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from inception to completion. You will work with our CEO and VP of Construction to coordinate all phases, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and uphold safety and compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on site experience, and excellent communication with subcontractors and stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly from site logistics to closeout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, cost management, and project scheduling techniques
• Proven ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills
• Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for infrastructure or commercial projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes
• Hands-on construction site experience with a focus on managing commercial projects
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of contracts management including change order processing
• Familiarity with Procore is a plus

In this vital role, you will work closely with our CEO and VP of Construction to coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all construction regulations.

Duties
