Job description

Join our vibrant team of passionate designers, developers, strategists, analysts, marketers, and project managers.

Plego is on the lookout for highly capable multiple experienced Project Manager (Remote) to join our offshore team. Overall, you will work closely with the entire technology team. We are focused on accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness as you seamlessly fit within our sprint process and agile methodology. You will be asked to take the initiative on your workload, so self-motivation is a must!

This is a WFH position. Timings: 6:30 pm to 4:00 am (Pakistan Standard Time) and 7:00 pm – 4:30 am (Indian Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the Agile software development process.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Must be well versed with Project management software (MS Project, Gantt chart, and MS Visio etc.)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (Project plans, functional. specification documents, project proposals, Flow charts, understanding of business requirement documents).
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects.

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience of 3 – 5 years.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field is a must.
• Have extensive knowledge and experience in the software development lifecycle
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
