Freedom focuses on building strong partnerships with key real property professionals, including sales brokers/agents, financial institutions, law firms, building trade contractors, real estate service firms, and others.Freedom Real Estate is seeking a **Project Manager** to manage, maintain, and oversee all aspects of a construction project from start to finish across multiple Freedom business lines (Development, Owner Consulting, & Construction).**As a Project Manager your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:*** Lead the project team through all phases of construction on multiple project types.* Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on-time, and within budget, meeting Freedom quality standards.* Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, and others to create long lasting relationships for future opportunities* Develop and maintains the project budgets, schedules, safety, and quality control objectives.* Provide monthly cost and progress reports for internal and external distribution* Maintain regular communication of project status.* Manage daily project workflow with correspondence, RFI's, and submittals* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and correct & document any issues* Ability to maintain and improve on the Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC's culture* In coordination with the Project Superintendent, plan all construction operations and schedule successful completion and determine needed resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations* Collaborate with the designer and client throughout the project* Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements* Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities* Assist the Preconstruction Manager with estimating, subcontractor bidding, and procurement* Review and approve subcontractor/supplier pay applications**Required Qualifications:*** U.S. Citizenship* Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Building Science, or relevant field* 5+ years experience as a construction project manager on multiple project types* In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles* Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
