Build Partners USA LLC is seeking a Project Manager for commercial/retail construction in Houston, TX. Lead ground-up projects ranging from $1M to $20M, manage budgets, schedules, contracts and subcontractors, and serve as the primary client contact with consistent progress updates.

You will coordinate with superintendents, design teams, and trade partners, drive planning and procurement, and oversee multiple projects while advancing growth and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience delivering ground-up commercial projects valued from $1M-$20M.
• Retail, restaurant, office or medical construction experience; tenant-improvement a bonus.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, buyout, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and project closeout.
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining client relationships.
• Based within commuting distance of Houston.

A respected Houston-based General Contractor is hiring a Project Manager to deliver ground-up commercial projects $1M–$20M across Texas. Known for precision, efficiency, and integrity, this firm offers a stable pipeline and long-term growth.

Your Role

• Own full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Lead coordination with Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
• Serve as the primary client contact with consistent progress updates
• Drive planning, procurement, and successful project closeout
• Oversee multiple commercial projects

What You’ll Bring
