Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Project Manager for a Hartford, CT contract role. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, including 3+ years managing EPC activities, to oversee overhead, substation, and underground utility projects.

The candidate will lead EPC efforts, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on milestones with safety and efficiency as top priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience, including EPC exposure.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience overseeing overhead, substation, and underground utility projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management and expert direction across all utility segments, including overhead, substation, and underground systems.
