Job summary

SpawGlass is seeking a Project Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish. You will manage planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, change management, and coordination across the project team and trade partners.

You will work with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to keep goals aligned, resolve challenges, and ensure all work complies with contracts, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare, higher education, civic, or corporate construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, documentation, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Proficiency with project management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, contract knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic project environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

As our Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operational and administrative execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish. You will work closely with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on project goals, resolve field and design challenges, and ensure all work complies with contracts, drawings, and specifications. You will oversee documentation, budgets, risk mitigation, and communication to keep the project progressing on time and within scope.

Experienced project managers may lead multiple phases of a project, mentor assistant project managers, support preconstruction activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.

Successful project managers in this role excel at communication, coordination, and proactive problem‑solving while maintaining a clear focus on schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
