BLUESTONE COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. The role requires coordinating client communications, managing scope and costs, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

The successful candidate will bring strong project management skills, a solid engineering or CM background, and experience with ERP systems to track progress and financials.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management preferred.
• 5–8 years of project management experience preferred.
• Prior construction experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including client relationships, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Be the focal point of all client communications.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to sustain revenue.
• Know the plans, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Promote safety and quality in workmanship.
• Review contracts for assigned projects.
• Document changes and support change management.
• Prepare and submit payment requisitions, submittals, changes, and closeout docs.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to negotiate purchase orders.
• Attend all job-related meetings.
• Update ERP project status and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, budgeting, and communications.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome for assigned projects. With guidance from the Branch Manager, this role will manage projects on a day‑to‑day basis, assessing all risks and project change requests to produce the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost for successful project completion.

Job Duties

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including client relationships, scope, cost, and schedule and job efficiency from start to finish.
• Be the focal point of all client communications.
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with clients to sustain existing and create future revenue streams.
• Know the plans, specifications, and contractual requirements for all assigned projects.
• Make sure safety is the team’s priority and promote quality in workmanship.
• Assist in contract review for all assigned projects.
• Identify, clarify, and document changes from initial project objectives and scope of work to support the change management process.
• Prepare, review, and submit in a timely fashion all payment requisitions, equipment submittals, change requests, and closeout documentation as per project requirements.
• Partners with Purchasing Manager to negotiate purchase orders with vendors and subcontractors.
• Attend all job‑related meetings.
• Update project status in the company’s ERP system on a regular basis and ensure that project financials reported to accounting are accurate.
• Responsible for keeping all deadlines, deliverables, budgeting, and open lines of communication throughout the organization.
