Job summary

Tate Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee post-sales data center projects, coordinating across engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to our quality standards.

The role requires collaboration with partners, effective scheduling, and proactive issue resolution. You will handle project scope, timelines, resource planning, and risk management while upholding safety and compliance policies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is desired.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to vendors/sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement projects after sales completion.
  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources and define tasks; ensure resource availability.
  • Meet with key partners for projects during production stages.
  • Create project timelines and schedules.
  • Track deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Support the data center engineering and sales teams.
  • Monitor project performance and on-site issues as required.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental policies.

About the Role

The Project Manageris responsible forpost-sales coordination, implementation, control, and completion of data center projects, whileremainingaligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Plans and implemented projects after sales completion.
  • Helps define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Defines tasks andrequiredresources, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Meets with key partners for projects during production stages.
  • Creates project timelines and schedules.
  • Tracks deliverables usingappropriate toolsand techniques.
  • Supports the data center engineering and sales team.
  • Monitors andtracksproject performance.
  • Monitors production,deliveryand construction issues on site asrequired.
  • Implements andmanageschangewhen necessary to meet project outputs.
  • Evaluates andassessproject results.
  • Maintains awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities;reportsall quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered toin accordance withthe Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry preferred.
  • Project Management Professional qualification (PMP) or equivalent is desired.
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience as a project manager is desired.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel to domestic and international vendors/job sites as needed.
