Position Details:

We are currently searching for a qualified MO Project Manager. Please see the details below.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Create and present project agendas, status reports, and other documentation to customers and CBORD project teams.
• Track and analyze project performance, expenditures, procurement, and report on blockers, risks, and deficits.
• Maintain and report project pipeline and monthly forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze project schedule and performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Close projects and transition deliverables to operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the PMO through team participation and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Passion for project management.
• Proven success managing software projects for at least three years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with virtual teams.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Project and professional services tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Project Management Certification is a plus.

This position is primarily remote with some travel required. The job description is not exhaustive and management may assign additional duties as needed.
