A major North American food business is embarking on a transformative enterprise‑wide ERP implementation, supporting rapid growth, increased automation, and the integration of multiple new facilities alongside their current portfolio of 100+ sites across North America.

To lead this programme, we are recruiting an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex ERP implementations across multi‑site manufacturing or supply‑chain‑driven organisations. This is a pivotal role shaping the digital backbone of a fast‑scaling, innovation‑led business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a major ERP implementation across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Manage project governance, timelines, risk, scope, and budget for a multi‑phase rollout.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, including ERP vendors, integrators, and technical specialists.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, validation, and go‑live readiness.
• Drive change management, training, communication, and adoption across multiple US sites.
• Ensure the ERP platform supports future growth, automation, and integration with new facilities and technologies.
• Report progress to senior leadership and steer decision‑making at programme level.

About You

• Strong experience delivering full‑cycle ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).
• Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, agritech, R&D‑led environments, or other complex, fast‑moving operational settings.
• Skilled in project controls, vendor management, process mapping, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Comfortable working across Operations, Finance, Engineering, and IT to align processes and system design.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisation‑wide change.
• Fully mobile and willing to relocate to the United States.
• Delivery‑focused, structured, and motivated by high‑impact transformation programmes.
