Artifintech is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex software and digital platform implementations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive Agile planning, coordinate releases, and manage budgets and dependencies across cross-functional teams.

Applicants should bring 10+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder skills, and PMP eligibility. The role focuses on EdTech/digital products with cloud and AI-enabled platforms and requires eligibility to work in the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of recent project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Must be eligible to sit for PMP certification.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience managing complex software development and digital platform implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, risks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

Preferred / Domain Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with AI-enabled applications, personalization systems, or data-intensive products.
• 5+ years of experience with EdTech platforms, LMS integrations, or workforce development systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing products from MVP through production and subsequent releases.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to Salesforce and Canvas integrations.
• Familiarity with Figma and project dashboards/reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of recent relevant project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Must be eligible to sit for PMP certification
