eDiscovery Project Manager (Reveal Platform) – Fully Remote

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year

Location: Remote (USA-based candidates only)

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing legal services provider to recruit a highly skilledeDiscovery Project Managerwith proven expertise inReveal. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting cutting-edge litigation and investigation matters across a variety of industries.

As a third-party recruitment agency with a deep network in legal tech, we’re seeking candidates who can seamlessly manage eDiscovery projects from inception to completion—ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery project lifecycles, including data collection, processing, review, and production.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners.

• Leverage the Reveal platform to support efficient review workflows, analytics, and case strategy.

• Monitor project performance, manage timelines, and proactively mitigate risks.

• Generate reports and provide insights to help legal teams optimize review efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of

  3 years of experience

  in eDiscovery project management.

• Demonstrated expertise with the

  Reveal platform

  (including Reveal AI, review management, and analytics tools).

• Strong understanding of the EDRM workflow and litigation support best practices.

• Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
