A fast-growing legal services provider is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to join their remote team. The role involves managing projects through their lifecycles while leveraging the Reveal platform, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Successful candidates will have a strong background in eDiscovery and exceptional communication skills.
eDiscovery Project Manager (Reveal Platform) – Fully Remote
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year
Location: Remote (USA-based candidates only)
We are currently partnering with a fast-growing legal services provider to recruit a highly skilledeDiscovery Project Managerwith proven expertise inReveal. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting cutting-edge litigation and investigation matters across a variety of industries.
As a third-party recruitment agency with a deep network in legal tech, we’re seeking candidates who can seamlessly manage eDiscovery projects from inception to completion—ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end eDiscovery project lifecycles, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Leverage the Reveal platform to support efficient review workflows, analytics, and case strategy.
Monitor project performance, manage timelines, and proactively mitigate risks.
Generate reports and provide insights to help legal teams optimize review efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in eDiscovery project management.
Demonstrated expertise with the
Reveal platform
(including Reveal AI, review management, and analytics tools).
Strong understanding of the EDRM workflow and litigation support best practices.
Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
