Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies, LLC (CTEC) is seeking a results-driven product management professional to lead cross-functional teams in analyzing customer strategy, guiding product development, and coordinating launch activities for mission-critical solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, manage project plans, and ensure delivery within cost and schedule constraints, leveraging MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional teams in analysis of customer product strategy, market positioning, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure timely completion of customer acquisition initiatives and contractual obligations.
• Oversee product development and launch execution to align with customer requirements and market expectations.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans that adhere to organizational processes.
• Manage product release cycles and manufacturing transitions with risk mitigation.
• Evaluate trade-offs including cost, performance, DFM, and timelines to deliver outcomes.
• Establish a high-performing team environment with mutual respect and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional teams in comprehensive analysis of customer product strategy, market positioning, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure timely completion of customer acquisition initiatives and contractual obligations
• Oversee product development and launch execution to ensure alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and market expectations
• Develop and implement detailed project plans that adhere to organizational processes and governance frameworks
• Manage product release cycles and manufacturing transitions, ensuring effective change management protocols and risk mitigation
• Evaluate and optimize critical project trade-offs including cost, performance, design for manufacturability (DFM), and timeline constraints to deliver optimal business outcomes
• Establish and maintain a high-performing team environment characterized by mutual respect, professional accountability, constructive feedback mechanisms, and strategic resource allocation to consistently meet organizational commitments
