Talascend is currently seeking a Project Manager (Non-IT) for a contract opportunity located in Georgetown, KY.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate technical activities to ensure timely execution
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and clients
• Recruit, assign, and evaluate staff while overseeing training and professional development
• Analyze technology, resources, and market demand to assess project feasibility
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures
• Review, recommend, and approve contracts and cost estimates

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, cost optimization, and distribution methods
• Familiarity with business management principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
