Overview

TRC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecom Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of complex Telecom projects and program offerings. This position focuses on managing project deliverables, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing quality assurance procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of complex projects and program offerings by coordination deliverables, resolving project issues, and ensuring seamless collaboration across team members, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Actively contribute to project goals and organizational objectives by aligning efforts with project milestones and ensuring compliance with procedures and contract requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by utilizing standard resources, templates, and tools to process, review, and analyze project data.
• Identify trends, establish efficient practices, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and independently produce detailed reports, presentations, and materials for client leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Provide regular updates to promote project participation and maintain transparency in project progress and outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures for project platforms and databases to verify data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Promote adherence to safety protocols and foster a safety-oriented culture across all projects.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, project participants, and contractors to ensure smooth project participation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project data and documentation.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation

Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $84,988.80 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
