Mondo in Fort Washington, PA is seeking a versatile Senior Project Manager to drive cross-functional technology initiatives spanning sales enablement and post-sale customer experience platforms.

You will partner with national sales leadership, manage end-to-end projects across Salesforce, an ERP platform, and a customer service platform, adapting Agile/Waterfall methods to fit each initiative.

Qualifications

• Salesforce experience in a project/product management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with national sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver enhancements across key platforms.

• Support product releases, platform integrations, and AI initiatives.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery against defined scope.
• Engage with sales managers nationwide to translate business needs into platform improvements.
• Track portfolios in Workfront and Azure DevOps.
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior executives.

Job Description: The client is seeking a versatile, business-facing Senior Project Manager to drive cross-functional technology initiatives spanning sales enablement and post-sale customer experience platforms.

Job Summary

• Partner with national sales leadership and senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver enhancements across key sales and customer experience platforms.
• Own and manage projects end-to-end across Salesforce, an ERP platform, and a customer service platform, adapting methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) to fit each initiative.
• Support ongoing product releases, platform integrations, and AI-enabled initiatives across both the sales and customer experience organizations.
• Manage third-party development vendors, holding partners accountable to their scope of work and deliverables while maintaining productive, collaborative relationships.
• Engage directly with sales managers nationwide to gather feedback, understand pain points, and translate business needs into actionable platform improvements.
• Track and manage project portfolios primarily in Workfront, with additional work tracked in Azure DevOps.
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrated Salesforce experience in a project or product management capacity.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for project tracking and workflow management.
• Proven ability to independently own and drive projects from initiation through delivery.
• Vendor management experience, including holding third parties accountable to defined scope and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated experience working directly with senior business leaders.
• Comfortable presenting to executive and C-suite-level audiences.
• Experience or meaningful exposure working on AI-enabled projects or products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer-facing service and interaction platforms.
• Workfront experience for project and portfolio tracking.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP certification.
• Background working in leaner, less hierarchical environments where PMs manage multiple workstreams and wear multiple hats.
• Experience with ERP or legacy platform modernization initiatives.
