Position Overview

A well-established commercial drywall subcontractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and field operations while coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall projects from award through completion
• Prepare comprehensive estimates and proposals for general contractors and ownership groups
• Negotiate material and labor costs to support competitive bidding and project profitability
• Coordinate projects with internal departments, field leadership, and related in-house divisions
• Attend required job site meetings and client coordination meetings
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and cost data related to drywall and associated scopes
• Review project costs, production, and performance with project management and field teams
• Maintain a working knowledge of related exterior and interior construction systems, including EIFS, stucco, exterior framing, and truss systems, as applicable
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to superintendents and field staff
• Participate in construction-related meetings, industry events, and training sessions relevant to the drywall scope of work
