Job summary

Copper River Family of Companies is seeking a Project Manager to support IT initiatives at Fort Bragg, NC. The role involves planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects that deliver IT capabilities for USSOCOM, component commands, and TSOCs.

You will collaborate with Government stakeholders to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery using proven project management practices and a focus on risk mitigation and documentation.

Qualifications

  • PMP certification is required.
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
  • No degree required.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and close assigned IT projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate project activities with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ensure project objectives align with mission priorities and contractual requirements.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports for leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings and coordinate action items.
  • Support transition of completed projects into operational environments.
  • Maintain project documentation and configuration records.

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager to support Information Technology (IT) initiatives within the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE) at Fort Bragg, NC. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects that deliver new or enhanced IT capabilities supporting USSOCOM, Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and deployed forces. This position works closely with Government stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established project management best practices.
