Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning and supervising construction projects. This role involves ensuring timely and efficient completion of project goals, managing a team, and instilling safety as a top priority.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of heavy construction experience, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The position is based in Farmington, New Mexico, and requires travel to construction sites.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and supervising a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. This position organizes and oversees construction processes to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, is well‑versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results on time and within the budget.
