Title: Project Manager – Bioanalytical Services

Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Position/Job Summary:

The Project Manager supports the Principal Investigators and Responsible Scientists in the conduct of method development, method validation, and sample testing. The position involves managing timelines, deliverables, and developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor project progress (LCMSMS-based projects) and timelines to ensure successful completion.
2. Participate and communicate effectively in project meetings with clients and internal departments (Sample management/QC/QA) to ensure projects meet quality standards, scope, and budget.
3. Coordinate data transfer spec review.
4. Prepare project summaries, trackers, and KPIs as needed.
5. Collaborate with the financial sector throughout various stages of projects (invoices and revenue recognition).
6. Support Management and Business Development teams for new business opportunities.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biological sciences, chemistry, or related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of bioanalytical assays.
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience in GLP, pharmaceutical, or CRO environment.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills, with a committed approach to providing high-level customer service when managing multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated professionalism, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and experience communicating with external clients.
