Job summary

Evapco, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee all aspects of project execution from order receipt to completion.

You will work across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and per contract specifications while exceeding customer expectations. The role emphasizes effective communication, resource planning, budgeting, and collaboration with customers to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years PM experience or bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project)
  • Proven organizational and budgeting skills
  • Background in technical / engineering product applications
  • Experience in contract and commercial terms

  • Project Planning: Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, scope, and documentation; assess and explain impacts of changes.
  • Project Control: Oversee execution to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met; manage risks, changes, and deliverable approvals.
  • Project Communication: Deliver clear, timely, and appropriate communications to customers and management on progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
