Job summary

Evapco is seeking a Project Manager I to guide initiatives from receipt of order through completion, coordinating across departments to meet contract specs, schedule, and budget while exceeding customer expectations.

You will serve as the primary point of contact with customers, manage risks, track performance metrics, and ensure clear communication with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years PM experience or bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project)
  • Proven organizational and budgeting skills
  • Optional but Preferred Qualifications: background in technical / engineering product applications
  • Optional but Preferred Qualifications: experience in contract and commercial terms

Responsibilities

  • Internal Project Reporting & Administration: Track, analyze, and communicate project performance metrics; report status, risks, and progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Plan, coordinate, and allocate internal and external resources across functions to meet project scope, schedule, safety, and budget needs.
  • Customer Management: Serve as the primary customer contact; manage expectations, drive satisfaction, and collaborate with customers to deliver effective solutions.
  • Project Accounting & Commercial: Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability, contracts, and compliance while protecting company interests and confidential information.
  • Project Planning: Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, scope, and documentation; assess and explain impacts of changes.
  • Project Control: Oversee execution to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met; manage risks, changes, and deliverable approvals.
  • Project Communication: Deliver clear, timely, and appropriate communications to customers and management on progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
