Job description

For more than 20 years, we’ve helped customers across retail, senior living, and other commercial markets refresh and transform their spaces through flooring, painting, polished concrete, casework, and more.

Our projects take us across the country, but our people keep us connected. We know one another, pitch in when help is needed, and care about the work we do and the people we do it with. We work hard, make room for fun, and celebrate our wins together.

Being employee-owned means we each have a stake in our success. We take ownership, follow through on our commitments, and look for ways to make things better—for our customers, our teammates, and our company. Every role contributes, and every employee-owner has an opportunity to make an impact.
