• Project Oversight & Knowledge: Capable of managing small projects/phases under senior supervision, backed by sufficient industry expertise to answer client questions.
• Quality Standards: Possesses a full understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and EP²'s specific quality standards.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Demonstrates effective written/verbal communication, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills.
• Organization & Detail: Detail-oriented with organizational skills and a solid grasp of all project tasks.
