Job summary

Electrical Power Products (EP²), a Flex company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex manufacturing projects from planning to delivery. You will ensure schedules, costs, quality, and customer expectations are met while coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, plus experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A PMP or related training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PM experience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, construction, industrial, or related industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Operations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Drive problem resolution and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with electrical power distribution equipment, switchgear, control systems, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• ERP/MRP system experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
