Responsibilities
Performs administrative activities such as collecting, maintaining, monitoring and reporting on:
Support for planning activities such as roadmap development, and dependency management across teams.
Weekly status of the Program – documentation delivery to ensure action items are completed, reviewed, and approved; program spending and program metrics; program requirements, documentation, issues, funding and risks.
Meeting logistics, notices, written communication and meeting minutes – program objectives via metrics and reports for distribution; program plans and schedules for distribution to program team members.
Tasks and action items pertinent to the success of the individual projects.
Program and project changes as needed.
Communications to internal clients, team members and leadership.
Schedule information to clients, customers support organizations and vendors.
Qualifications
Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure (Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances, etc.) and Cloud environments, specifically Azure.
Basic project management and administration processes and principles.
