Job summary

KLA Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of systems, projects and proposals. You will manage the full life cycle from initial client meeting through client acceptance.

You will lead client-partner relationships, determine project requirements, create estimates and quotes, oversee installation work, and sometimes act as on-site manager. Travel locally or overnight as needed; ensure cost, schedule and quality meet contract specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-partner relationships to drive project inception and progress.
• Interface with clients to determine project requirements.
• Create estimates and quotes for prospective jobs.
• Oversee installation team to balance workload and productive hours.
• Occasionally serve as on-site manager to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse for vendor selection and timely receipt of products.
• Ensure estimating, quoting, costing and billable hours are on target.
• Attend project status meetings with clients and/or contractors.
• Adhere to contracts and design specs while managing cost, schedule and quality.
• Oversee projects from initiation to close and client acceptance.
• Manage multiple projects for different clients concurrently.
• Maintain workforce safety and production on site.
• Travel to local or out-of-state locations with short notice as needed.
