Durr CTS Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple equipment rebuild, repair, and modification projects across North America and Asia.

You will oversee engineering, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client communications while coordinating with internal teams and vendors. This role requires a BS in Engineering/Construction Management, at least two years’ PM experience in industrial equipment, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Two years of experience as Project Manager of Industrial Equipment Manufacturing.
  • Position related experience in similar industry strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and maintain project schedules.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Good technical writing skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with engineering and estimating departments, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to technically define problems and propose solutions.
  • Adaptable to change in a learning environment.
  • Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Invoicing according to Contract Terms.
  • Basic knowledge of Controls Engineering is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of sheet metal & structural fabrication.
  • Basic understanding of heavy equipment installation procedures.
