Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead projects from handover to closeout, coordinating internal teams and external partners while guiding estimates for proposals.   • Project Management Professional Certification or Diploma
  • 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, pre-construction, or design related fields
  • Expertise in reviewing technical drawings and models (ACC/Revit/Inventor)
  • Strong understanding of design processes and engineering requirements
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and municipal approval
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced
  • Proven ability to lead diverse project teams, ensuring alignment with company
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in client and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with innovative, sustainable or prefabricated construction methods is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful execution of projects from initial handover to client closeout
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless project execution and coordination
