Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing complex commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, related fields, or related experience.
• Hands-on BIM and Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules (CPM, resource leveling, lookahead).
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change orders.
• Lead teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders — ensuring collaboration, quality, and alignment.
• Drive BIM workflows for coordination, clash detection, and model integrity.
• Use Procore for submittals, RFIs, logs, documentation, and reporting.
• Leverage Procore Pay (or equivalent ERP) for cost integration, change management, and financial reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.

About the Role

• Advanced scheduling skills (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in restaurant, retail or entertainment sector preferred
