What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage projects related to utility locating technology, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 6-12 years of experience managing projects in utility locating, engineering design, or construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of infrastructure design and/or construction, including subsurface utility engineering
- Professional Engineering License

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with proven leadership progress on design and/or construction infrastructure projects of more than $500 million USD
- Experience managing a project delivery team
- Familiarity with project scheduling software such as MS Project or similar
