Job summary

Power Plumbing seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, materials, and communication with general contractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore or similar ERP. OSHA 30 and plumbing experience are a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction or a related trade.
  • Strong knowledge of POC accounting/revenue recognition.
  • Proven experience working for or with subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Foundation (or similar ERP), MS Project)

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Review contracts, drawings, and specs; develop and manage schedules and budgets; coordinate with GCs, engineers, and internal departments.
  • Execution & Oversight: Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and productivity; monitor progress and document resolutions; track material orders and deliveries.
  • Budget & Documentation: Prepare cost estimates, change orders, and invoicing; maintain project documentation and logs; monitor costs against budget.
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as main contact for general contractors and clients; run regular project meetings and provide status updates; build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination
    • Review project contracts, drawings, and specifications
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
    • Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and internal departments
  • Execution & Oversight
    • Coordinate with field teams and internal departments to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
    • Monitor project progress, identify and communicate issues quickly, document resolutions
    • Coordinate with purchasing to monitor and track key material orders and deliveries
  • Budget & Documentation
    • Prepare and track cost estimates, change orders, and invoicing
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and logs
    • Monitor job costs against budget and forecast future costs
  • Communication & Relationship Management
    • Serve as a point of contact for general contractors and clients
    • Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • 3+ years of project management experience in construction or a related trade
