ConsultUSA, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for a 12+ month hybrid contract position in Arlington, TX.

The role coordinates across business, technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and consulting teams to drive accountability, planning, and reporting during the discovery phase. You will maintain schedules, track milestones, manage risks and issues, prepare status reports and dashboards, and support executive reviews and steering committees.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • Experience managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
  • Experience coordinating vendor or consulting partner activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule.
  • Coordinate workstream activities across business, technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and consulting teams.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
  • Facilitate planning sessions and project team meetings.
  • Monitor progress against project plans and report variances.
  • Maintain the project schedule and associated work plans.
  • Monitor delivery progress and identify schedule risks.
  • Track completion of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Support development of recovery plans when schedule issues arise.
  • Support preparation of project status reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain RAID logs.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and working sessions.
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track project performance metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with preparation of steering committee and executive review materials.
  • Coordinate communications between project teams, stakeholders, and the consulting partner.
  • Schedule and facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions.
  • Maintain stakeholder contact lists and communication plans.
  • Track stakeholder feedback and follow-up actions.
  • Support issue resolution through effective coordination and communication.
  • Coordinate project activities involving the consulting partner.
  • Track consulting deliverables and milestones.
  • Schedule reviews, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Support collection and consolidation of feedback on consultant outputs.
  • Assist with deliverable review and acceptance processes.
  • Maintain project RAID logs.
  • Coordinate development and tracking of mitigation actions.
  • Support project management standards, processes, and documentation.
  • Maintain project repositories and governance artifacts.
  • Ensure project documentation remains current and organized.
  • Assist with quality reviews of project deliverables.
  • Support readiness reviews and phase-gate activities.

  • Experience supporting Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk, Cybersecurity, or Regulatory initiatives.
  • Familiarity with FFIEC, NIST, ISO 22301, or operational resilience frameworks.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience working with consulting firms on large-scale discovery and assessment initiatives.
