Role Description

**This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Cypress, CA.**

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing projects and implementing project execution to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

• Monitoring or tracking project milestones and deliverables.

• Submitting project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.

• Scheduling and facilitating meetings related to information technology projects.

• Developing or updating project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.

• Performing risk assessments to develop response strategies.

• Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

• Establishing and executing a project communication plan.

• Developing and managing work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.

• Assessing current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods.

• Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within the United States is required. Exact client site location and frequency of travel cannot be predicted as it may vary/change depending on project availability.
