Bolton & Menk, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for its Aviation team to guide projects from concept to implementation, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring schedules and budgets align with funding requirements.

You will liaise with airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to deliver client-focused outcomes, with opportunities to contribute to community infrastructure projects and grow within a long-standing engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Planning, Management, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a valid driver's license and their own transportation, with travel reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and coordination support for airport planning, strategic development, and engineering projects
• Manage select complex projects and initiatives from concept through implementation
• Coordinate stakeholders, including airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal aviation teams
• Assist with project scheduling, budget development, and funding coordination
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with funding requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with airport communities across Colorado
• Support the growth of aviation planning, design, and construction services in the Denver market
• Collaborate with project managers across Aviation and Transportation divisions

What You Will Be Doing:

As aProject Manager for our Aviation team, your responsibilities will include guiding projects from concept through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, supporting schedules and budgets, and ensuring alignment with funding requirements and long‑term airport development goals. The position serves as a liaison between airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to deliver successful, client‑focused outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:
