Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Aviation team. This role focuses on airport planning, development, and execution with a robust project portfolio across multiple markets including Colorado.

You will coordinate with airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to drive projects from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Planning, Management, or Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of experience, along

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Planning, Management, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and their own transportation; travel reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and coordination support for airport planning, strategic development, and engineering projects.
• Manage select complex projects and initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, including airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal aviation teams.
• Assist with project scheduling, budget development, and funding coordination.
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with airport communities across Colorado.
• Support the growth of aviation planning, design, and construction services in the Denver market.
• Collaborate with project managers across Aviation and Transportation divisions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide project management and coordination support for airport planning, strategic development, and engineering projects
• Manage select complex projects and initiatives from concept through implementation
• Coordinate stakeholders, including airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal aviation teams

What We Are Looking For:
